Diversified and super-quiet

With the use of advanced compressors and acoustic insulation of compressor rooms, GEA chiller products are characterized by highly efficient performance and very low noise emission. For practically all ranges, in addition, super-quiet models are also available that even enable trouble-free operation in the vicinity of residential housing. The frames and the wall panels of GEA chillers consist of especially coated steel sheet. Fully hermetic scroll compressors or semi-hermetic screw compressors are employed, depending on the model.

The use of high-quality components is rounded off by plate heat exchangers or shell and tube heat exchangers as evaporators, and by finned tube heat exchangers as condensers. These components contribute to cost-effective overall solutions.

In the various GEA offerings in the air-cooled range with axial fans, for outdoor installation, you also have a choice within the scroll-compressor series among models with heat-pump functions, or as freecooling units with a high degree of energy-saving potential.
